AVOIDConfidence: 69%
Thesis
CACI International Inc exhibits weak fundamentals with a bearish score of 35 and its shares appear fully priced, trading at a 15.3% premium to its fair value. Despite a healthy free cash flow yield of 5.7%, returns are trailing the estimated cost of capital, indicating limited upside potential.
Key Risk
The key risk is the company's return on invested capital significantly underperforming its weighted average cost of capital, which may pressure valuation further.
Signals To Watch
  • Price moves to at least a mid-teens discount to fair value.
  • Sustained improvement in ROIC versus WACC spread.
  • Emergence of fresh narrative or sentiment coverage to support valuation.
